Wedding Receptions/Celebrations
Dinner & Dancing for up to 150 of your
Family & Friends.
Event Planning – planning meetings to discuss offerings and usage of the venue.
Aid in floorplan design and usage.
Provide recommendations on timeline.
Review listing of recommended, Diocesan verified and insured Wedding Professionals.
Multiple reviews of timeline and day-of suggestions.
Event Duration – up to 5 hours, including.
cocktail hour and scheduled open bar until 30 minutes prior to night’s end,
in addition to:
Set Up – Previous Day - up to 2 hours for drop offs and minor decorating.
Day of – scheduled availability for meeting Bakers & Florist and other Professionals including the Caterer.
Clean up – up to 1 hour after the event.
Following Day – scheduling up to 1 hour for pickup of any remaining items both professionals & personal.
Food & Refreshments
Food & Bar Service provided by your chosen Caterer:
Table and glassware set up.
Cocktail hour selections.
Dinner Service
Dessert and Coffee services (if selected).
Refreshments – to include use of bar facilities and your selected offerings. (*enjoy substantial cost saving by procuring your own refreshments)
As noted, before, The Family Center will provide initial assistance in planning and floorplan layout.
Will set up the room as agreed upon.
(Dining & Serving Tables & Chairs)
Provide recommendations for Caterers and/or Bartenders.
Provide up to (2) Banquet Manager to aid in:
- Be available the day prior for drop offs.
- Be available for professional and personal drop off the day of.
- Assist in direction and welcoming of guests.
- Aid throughout the event.
- Provide directions regarding the cleanup requirements.
Rental Fee & Documentation
- Certificate of Insurance, personal or business (Two Million Dollars)
- Or procure a Special Event Coverage Policy
- Via Catholic Mutual
- Additionally, sign a Facility Usage/Indemnification Agreement.

Please remember that the fees that your share for use of this space cover our overhead expenses but are primarily earmarked for the enrichment and advancement of our students’ Christian Education, both school and CCD and we thank you wholeheartedly for your decision.
