Receptions/Celebration

These would be slightly larger events of Celebration

such as a reception, for instance, a Special Birthday, Anniversary, non-Wedding Celebration etc., limited to approximately 75 attendees.

Event Duration – up to 4 hours

in addition to:

Set Up – up to 2 hours shortly before the event.

Clean up – up to 1 hour after the event.

Food & Refreshments

Provided by Family, friends, and attendees, (or caterer delivering to premises.)

Refreshments – to include use of bar facilities. (substantial cost saving by procuring you own refreshments*)

The Family Center will provide initial assistance in planning and floorplan layout.

Will set up the room as agreed upon.

(Dining & Serving Tables & Chairs)

Provide recommendations for Caterers and/or Bartenders.

Provide a Banquet Manager to aid in:

  • Set up and décor on the day of the event.
  • Assist in direction and welcoming of guests.
  • Aid throughout the event.
  • Provide directions regarding the cleanup requirements.

Rental Fee & Documentation

  • Certificate of Insurance (Two Million Dollars)
  • Or procure a Special Event Coverage Policy
    • Via Catholic Mutual
  • Additionally sign a Facility Usage/Indemnification Agreement.


Rental Fee - $1025.00*

Documents Required (30 days in advance)

Please remember that the fees that your share for use of this space cover our overhead expenses but are primarily earmarked for the enrichment and advancement of our students’ Christian Education, both school and CCD and we thank you wholeheartedly for your decision.
